Provides technical support to the corporate customers.
Monitor core network, International circuits, upstream traffic & Customers links.
Acts as an escalation for clients and internal team.
Will work on shifts 24/7

A good knowledge of Internet, Data, Voice & ICT services and related services.
Excellent communication skills, proven problem solving and analysis skills.
Must be computer literate and technology oriented to talk at the right level with Customers and other departments.
Must be Cisco certified- CCNA, CCNP
